Está disponível para download um pacote de idioma do Windows Seven em Português Brasileiro (pt-br). Este pacote vai traduzir o seu Window Seven para o Português do Brasil, pois a versão do sistema nesse idioma não foi lançada ainda.
Escolha o arquivo mais apropriado para baixar, de acordo com o seu sistema:
Download Windows Seven Language Pack Português Brasileiro PT-BR 32 bits (x86)
Download Windows Seven Language Pack Português Brasileiro PT-BR 64 bits (x64)
Para instalar o novo idioma, faça o seguinte:
Primeiro, descompacte o zip que você baixou (dentro do zip tem uma pasta pt-br e dentro dela tem um arquivo .cab). Depois, vá até Control Panel > Change Display Language (na sessão de Clock, Language and Region) > Clique em Install / Uninstall Languages > Clique em Install Display Language > vá até na pasta que se encontra o arquivo CAB que você descompactou.
